Christophe Leroy leads the international development division and is responsible for implementing international projects funded by international institutions and development banks such as the European Commission (EC), the European Investment Bank (EIB), the World Bank, the African Development Bank (ADB), EU bilateral donors, and governments and government agencies.
Christophe brings more than 15 years’ experience in the aid donors funded environment, with proven experience in both managing and supervising large operations involving complex donor funded projects and in developing and implementing comprehensive business development strategies to achieve effective and significant growth. In the past 10 years, Christophe has worked as Project Director on numerous EU programme and technical assistance services contracts, especially in African countries, giving him the opportunity to develop his knowledge of energy, climate change, governance and development issues. He holds a Master’s degree in Law and M.A. in International politics and is perfectly bilingual in French and English.
